I understand that, if employed, my employment with Michael's on East is not for a specified term and may be terminated by me or by Michael's on East with or without notice or cause at any time. I further understand that no oral promise, Michael's on East policy, custom, business practice or other procedure constitute an employment contract or modification of the at-will employment relationship between me and Michael's on East. Any promises to the contrary will only be relied upon me if they are in writing and signed by an authorized Michael's on East Official.
I understand that Michael's on East has the right to modify amend or terminate policies, practices, benefit plans or other programs within the limits and requirement imposed by law.
I acknowledge that this Application will remain active for 90 days from this date. If I have not heard from Michael's on East at the conclusion of this 90-day period, it is my responsibility to complete a new application if I still wish to be considered for employment by Michael's on East.
