The culinary team at Michael’s On East is challenged to create new dishes inspired by the world’s most exotic destinations each month. Join us to experience ever-changing, palate-pleasing global cuisine with Michael's Epicurean Adventures. We invite you to enjoy special wine pairings for $12 per glass or $20 for the pairing. 

Our Epicureacn Menu is $46.95 per person.

Our Epicurean journey takes you to Thailand for the month of July! In 2007, Michael & Terri Klauber led a GCCC group to this exotic country and brought back special recipes from their cooking classes, immersed themselves in the culture and even rode an elephant! Our menu reflects the Thai cuisine by incorporating fresh vegetables, lean proteins & natural herbs, making each dish a healthy choice. Savor the harmonious blend of flavors- sweet, sour, salty & spicy- in each authentic recipe. Start by tasting the vibrant flavors of Bangkok with our Red Curry Shrimp Cake followed by a symphony of traditional Thai spices in the Chiang Mai BBQ Roasted Duck. For the finishing touch, delight your senses with our Thai Spiced Chocolate Torte.

Michael, Terri, and our GCCC guests have traveled far and wide, by plane, ship and train, to bring you the most authentic international cuisine possible. We hope you enjoy a taste of Thailand and join them in Tokyo 2024 aboard the brand new SilverSea Silver Nova 700 passenger cruise ship, 2025 in South Africa, or both!
