The culinary team at Michael’s On East is challenged to create new dishes inspired by the world’s most exotic destinations each month. Join us to experience ever-changing, palate-pleasing global cuisine with Michael's Epicurean Adventures. We invite you to enjoy special wine pairings for $12 per glass or $20 for the pairing. 

The three-course dinner menu is available Tuesday through Saturday evenings for $46.95 per person.

Michael Klauber has fond memories from his past as a Manager & Wine Buyer at the iconic Arnaud’s Restaurant in New Orleans which inspired this month’s Epicurean menu. He wanted to capture the distinct spirit and flavors of New Orleans while showcasing an array of Creole and Cajun dishes. Take a culinary tour starting with the Grand Isle Seafood Gumbo then over to the French Quarter for Jambalaya with its celebration of flavors. In the spirit of Mardi Gras, top the night off and indulge in the Southern delight with the Praline Bananas Foster. 

Michael, Terri, and our GCCC guests have traveled far and wide by plane, ship, and train to bring you the most authentic international cuisine possible. We hope you enjoy a taste of New Orleans and join them in Tokyo 2024 aboard the brand new SilverSea Silver Nova 700 passenger cruise ship, 2025 in South Africa, or both!
