After a wildly successful Epicurean Greece menu in November, Michael's On East now sets its sights on the eclectic cuisine of Turkey.
This month's Epicurean menu is the product of the culinary expedition that led the Klaubers and GCCC members through Turkey's rich and diverse culinary traditions. From the great fusion cuisines of Istanbul, the traditional Mediterranean flavors of Bodrum, and even the exotic cuisine of Cappadocia, the search for a menu would encompass five cities and over 900 miles. Much time and consideration is required to ensure every ingredient and flavor is exactly how it should be. With January's Epicurean menu, now you can enjoy some of the Turkish cuisine the Klaubers and their guests experienced along their journey!
