On Thursday, August 11th, a crowd of entrepreneurs and business leaders gathered to learn from Michael Klauber, the second speaker in the Dreamers & Doers Interactive Speaker series. In an interactive dialogue with DreamLarge director, Julia Groom, Klauber reminisced on the journey he took to get where he is today, reflecting on how things that seem like failures may just be the opportunity that fuels your drive to succeed. He worked his way through his life, from washing windows at his dad's hotel to opening Michael's On East, a Sarasota institution that has lasted more than 35 years, and offered advice to those looking to make the leap into new (and often intimidating) opportunities.
